1. Introduction

Welcome to Sigma Odds (“we”, “us”, “the Service”). By accessing or using our website, analytics platform, subscription products, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

Sigma Odds provides sports analytics, statistical modeling, performance summaries, daily picks, signals or predicted edges, and educational content for sports investors. We do not provide financial advice, betting advice, or guarantees of profit. All content is informational and for entertainment purposes only.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must (a) be at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, (b) have full legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and (c) comply with all local laws regarding sports wagering or gambling.

4. Account Registration & Access

Sigma Odds uses a password-less login system based on magic links sent to your email. You agree to provide a valid email address, maintain control over your inbox, and not share your login link or access with others. We reserve the right to disable accounts suspected of shared access, resale, scraping, or violating these Terms.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

5.1 Billing

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge the applicable fee.

5.2 Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

5.3 No Refunds

All purchases are non-refundable. You receive immediate access to digital content; therefore, refunds are not provided under any circumstances.

5.4 Price Changes

We may update subscription prices. Existing subscribers will be notified before changes take effect.

6. Use of the Service

You agree not to redistribute, resell, or republish our picks, analytics, or data; screenshot or share subscriber-only content externally; use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data; use the Service for illegal activity; harass staff or users; or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions. Violations may result in immediate termination without refund.

7. Accuracy & No Guarantees

Sports outcomes are uncertain. Predictions carry risk. Past performance does not guarantee future results. No model or statistical method is infallible. Sigma Odds does not guarantee profits, accuracy, or specific outcomes. You assume full responsibility for any decisions based on our content.

8. Responsible Gambling

We promote safe and responsible gambling. You agree to never wager money you cannot afford to lose, use our content as optional informational input only, and seek help if you experience problem gambling.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All data, models, picks, algorithms, content, branding, graphics, and site design are owned exclusively by Sigma Odds. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the content during your subscription. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any part of the Service.

10. Service Availability

We aim to provide continuous access but do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, maintenance windows, or delivery of picks at specific times. We are not liable for delays caused by technical issues.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sigma Odds is not liable for financial losses, lost profits, damages, or betting-related outcomes. All content is informational only. If required by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid during the last billing period.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, share content externally, engage in fraud or scraping, or attempt unauthorized access. No refunds will be issued upon termination. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Stripe customer portal.

13. Privacy & Data Use

We use cookies for authentication, session management, and basic analytics. By using the site, you agree to the Cookies Policy.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law unless local law requires otherwise. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Norway.
