Refund Policy

Because Sigma Odds provides immediate access to digital subscription content, all sales are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree that no refunds will be issued except where required by applicable law.

1. Subscription Purchases

This policy applies to all subscription plans, including:

• Monthly subscriptions
• Yearly subscriptions
• Any other recurring plans

Once payment is successfully processed, you receive access to subscriber-only content and no refund will be provided.

2. Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. It is your responsibility to cancel before renewal if you no longer wish to be charged.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Stripe customer portal or using the cancellation options made available in the Service. After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period, and no partial refunds will be issued.

4. Failed or Disputed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe may re-attempt the charge. Access to the Service may be paused until payment is successfully completed. If you initiate a chargeback or dispute with your bank, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a courtesy solution at our sole discretion. However, this does not constitute a change to this general no-refund policy.
